Mortgage rates by province

Short answer

Most lenders publish one rate for all of Canada. What changes by province is which lenders are available (credit unions and ATB lend only in their own province) and what you pay to close. We publish a province page only where those differences are substantial; today that's Alberta.

For other provinces, the national board filtered by province shows the lenders that lend there.
